The assessment available on the Better Now RX website does not establish a clinician–patient relationship between the individual completing the assessment and Better Now RX. Better Now RX is not a medical provider. Instead, it operates as a healthcare technology platform that facilitates connections between individuals and licensed clinicians who may offer non-emergency care services. These clinicians are provided by a professional medical organization Locumtele,(referred to herein as the “Provider”).

The Provider comprise of U.S.-licensed clinicians who follow established clinical protocols to ensure patient safety. Each clinician applies clear eligibility criteria to determine whether an individual qualifies for GLP-1 medications. Every assessment submitted through Better Now RX is independently reviewed by a licensed clinician, who will determine whether the individual is a suitable candidate for GLP-1 treatment and qualifies for a prescription. The decision to prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications is made solely at the discretion of the Provider’s clinician.

Any claims or benefits mentioned on this website are based on self-reported information from Better Now RX members participating in treatment programs that include compounded GLP-1 medications and consultations with licensed clinicians. Members report their weight at intake and approximately every 3–4 weeks thereafter. Individual results from compounded medications may vary depending on adherence to the prescribed treatment plan and the clinician’s professional recommendations.

Although compounded GLP-1 medications are produced in facilities subject to regulatory oversight, these medications have not been reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, efficacy, or quality.
